You and your employees will no longer have access to QuickBooks workforce. you must have an active payroll subscription and supported versions of QuickBooks Desktop to use this service.

Payment Processing:

You will receive a message like service is no longer available. You will no longer be able to process credit cards and check transactions through QuickBooks Desktop 2018. The message will contain the information for processing credit cards and check transactions outside of QuickBooks. 

Merchant service Deposit (reconciliation):

After May 31,2021, QuickBooks Desktop 2018 will no longer be able to download credit cards and check information in the product.

eInvoice:

You will no longer be able to use the QuickBooks Time within QuickBooks 2018. To sync your QuickBooks time Data with QuickBooks, upgrade your QuickBooks or use a web connector.

QuickBooks Desktop Products and technical support plans:

Support for installation, upgrades, error message and product defects.Support for installation upgrades, error messages and product defects these terms were been available for currently supported versions of QuickBooks Desktop.

Annual renewal: In case if you were using an active QuickBooks care protection plan, it will automatically renew each year (such as the QuickBooks care protection plan with Annual Billing),suppose if you were still using unsupported  QuickBooks Desktop 2018 your QuickBooks Desktop care protection plan will cancelled automatically and it will not renew ,it includes the services such as data recovery and free online Backup also be cancelled. But you will receive live support and services included in your QuickBooks Desktop care protection plan until the plan’s expiration date.
Live telephone support on a pay-per-use basisAfter May 31,2021,If you need live support on a pay-per-use basis (one-time support),you will need a currently supported version of QuickBooks Desktop(2021,2020,2019).without upgrading you will be no longer able to access the live technical support.
