WizXpert, genuinely acknowledge your purchase of our products and services. Our intuit certified ProAdvisor team holds decades of expertise in delivering QuickBooks services. We always try to maintain a genuine or transparent relationship with our customers at the time of purchase because later to avoid any form of second thoughts. Fortunately, over the years, we have not experienced any return or refund request from all our customers. But if we get any refund requests in the future, we will consider it soberly and try to maintain the good sessions with our customers, starting the process easily and of course, try to improve our mistake as soon as possible.

We have a refund policy for the following services: Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax management, Payroll services, Technical Support Services.

We provide service first after we charge for the service or until agreed with the customer as prepaid, we believe in customer satisfaction. Customer can discontinue the Wizxpert Services at any time, within a 30-day notice period. All advances and payments made for service returns are non-refundable.

If clients are not happy with the services purchased over our website, they can ask for a refund of the amount paid, indicating a legitimate reason within 30 days before the date of purchase/subscription, and this WizXpert Refunds will be authorized at the sole discretion.

  • Every QuickBooks accounting software products can be exchanged or replaced within 30 days from the date of invoice or at the time of subscription in accordance with QuickBooks’ updated return policy.
  • We do not accept professional services returns, including non-QuickBooks software, prepay time, product training, shipping, and insurance fees.
  • In the case shipment is split in transportation then we requested you to do not lose away the packaging. You can contact us by the given receipt to file a claim.
  • Shipping and Insurance fee while purchasing the product is non-returnable
  • Reconditioned or damaged items, used items, opened items, or items purchased 30 days ago are not acceptable for refunds.

Our first priority is to meet every user and customer requirement with our services. Nevertheless, if you feel frustrated or unsatisfied with services or product purchased by us and want refund payment made by us, then you can also directly contact us at +1-844-770-0699, and you required the same name of customer, email address, contact number, and the payment transaction ID that you registered at the time of purchasing. We will be happy to deal with your payment without any holdup and query. Payback payment will be copied to your account within 30 days time period.
