  • Open your QuickBooks, hold the F2 key to know which version of QuickBooks you are using right now.
  • Quit the QuickBooks. If you have installed more than one version of QuickBooks, Be sure that you have closed all of them.
  • Next, go to the Windows Start icon. And look for the “Control Panel” and launch the Control Panel.
  • Click on Programs and Features or Uninstall a Program.
  • Here, right-click on QuickBooks Desktop 2016 or QuickBooks Enterprise 16.0 and then select Uninstall/Change in the list of options. Go with the on-screen instructions and complete the process. If in case you are not able to see this option, log out from the current window, and login back in with the admin credentials.
