Solution 1: Log into Windows as an administrator.

First, try opening another company file. You need to log into Windows as an Administrator to update your company file. If you do not have an Administrator login you can use, find support for Windows or an IT Professional for assistance.

Solution 2: You can perform this solution when you experience Easy-Step Interview.

  • Click Leave when you are In Easy-Step Interview.
  • See the message of “Save the file?” click yes.
  • Enter a file name and then click save option.
