Why I have to Click SCAN on server software almost daily or get errors in Enterprise 17
Everything will work, then suddenly when going to open one of the many companies we use a user will get ERROR H505 Company file is on another computer, quickbooks enterprise needs help connecting.
But all we have to do it walk to the server and click SCAN (again) then it will work.
The server software is setup for the correct folders containing the files. Its running, it just needs us to click SCAN multiple times a week and sometimes a day.
Causes a lot of problems when you have 10 users and 14 company files that this keeps happening to. Never happened on version 10, only since upgrading to 17. (old v17 server was removed, only v17 is running).
