How to manage account information using the merchant service center?

      Change in your User ID, account email, password, and security settings in Merchant Service Center, will also affect the credentials for other Intuit products like QuickBooks Payroll, TurboTax, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks. Intuit has Implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all its products to protect your account and make sure only you have access to your data.       Edit account information and password

      1. log in to the Merchant Service Center.
      2. Go to the Account menu, select Login & Merchant Accounts.
      3. Select Change your User ID, Email, Password and Security Question
      4. Go to the Profile tab, edit your account information as you want.
        Note: The User ID is usually the email address.
      5. Go to the Security tab, edit your password as necessary, then select Save.

      Change Deposit Account Information

      1. log in to the Merchant Service Center.
      2. Go to the Account menu, select Account Profile.
      3. Click on Edit from the Deposit Account Information section.
      4. Choose whether you want to receive the confirmation code on the mail or somewhere else and select Get Confirmation Code.
      5. Enter the six-digit confirmation code you may have select Continue.
      6. Edit your bank information.
