How to fix your company file or network(US, CA And UK)?
You may be prompted to run the internal version of File Doctor. Please use the version of QuickBooks File Doctor contained in this article instead, as it is the most up to date version and has the highest chance of resolving your issue.
Using the QuickBooks File Doctor:-
1:- Firstly, In your computer download the QuickBooks File Doctor.
2:- Double-Click qbfd.exe and follow the on-screen instructions to install the QuickBooks File Doctor.
3:- If you do not see it opening, look for a green wrench icon in your window task bar, The QuickBooks File Doctor opens automatically after installing.
4:- You do not see your company file in the list, Click the browse button and manually locate it to continue.
5:- you select one of the following options;-
I:- Both file damage and network connectivity.
II:- Network Connectivity only.
6:- Enter the Admin password for your company file, and then click Next.
7:- It is important to make sure you pick the right option.
QuickBooks File Doctor completes repair and diagnosis:-
1:- Close File Doctor.
2:- Try opening your Quickbooks file again to see if the issue is resolved.
