  • If not, select ‘New Software Restriction Policy’ and double-click ‘ENFORCEMENT’.
  • Click ‘All Users Outside Local Administrators’ and click ‘OK to save’.
  • You need to reboot the system to implement the changes.

  • From the Start tab, key-in the words ‘COMMAND’ and press CTRL + SHIFT and press Enter while pressing the key.
  • On the Permissions dialog box that appears on the screen, click on ‘YES’ if prompted.
  • A black box with a blinking cursor will appear on the screen. In the words ‘Regedit’ press and press ENTER.
  • Now, select the Registry Editor that you used during the 1625 error.
  • Select ‘Export’ from the File menu and click on the folder in the Save list to save the Windows Installer back-up key. Name the file and press ‘Save’. Rewrite it with .reg extension.
