How to enter Employee’s Prior Payroll in QuickBooks Online?
Don’t worry bro, i will help you. Follow the steps-
- Click on the employee tab.
- Click on the name of the employee.
- Then scroll down the button and click on the Enter [tax year] prior pay details.
- Click on yes.
- Click Next.
- Enter the YTD totals as of today for this employee.
- Click Next.
- Enter the YTD totals as of the previous quarter for this employee.
- Click Next.
- Click on the add pay date and enter the company details and each pay date for the current quarter.
- Start with first page and date of the quarter
- Enter all details of the employees per pay date
- On paycheck history enter totals of the taxes from previous payroll provider reports
- Click on done.
