How to do Payroll taxes payment entry ?
If you’re trying to record a tax payment made outside of QuickBooks Online, you can enter them as a prior tax payment.
Here are some steps:
- Click Taxes on the left panel, then select Payroll Tax.
- Click Enter Prior Tax History.
- Click Add Payment.
- Select the Tax Type and Liability Period (the period that the taxes were accrued).
- Click Ok.
Your payroll tax liability will be reduced.
