1:- Click Help in QuickBooks, select QuickBooks Help
2:- Type in Manual Payroll in the Search function
3:- Click Process Payroll Manually (without a subscription to QuickBooks Payroll)
4:- Click Manual Payroll Calculations
5:- Click Set My Company File To Use Manual Calculations
6:- Click OK
Payroll items will now appear in the Lists drop-down menu.
